Coordinate client events across our markets, by finding massage therapists, billing clients, and handling the general communication with clients and therapists
Run bi-weekly payroll
Create and post job listings on different job sites
Source potential candidates to hire for different positions
Help Management Team as needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
Top notch organization and administrative skills
Have a flexible schedule and a startup mentality
Open to rapidly changing and exciting environment
Know how to use Keynote, Google Docs, Box and other productivity tools
Have excellent communication skills (both written and on the phone)
Have an iOS or Android mobile phone
4 Year college degree preferred
