Corporate Expansion Specialist

As a Corporate Expansion Specialist, you will have a start-up experience focused on growing a new segment of our business, the Soothe at Work program. The ideal candidate is someone hungry and passionate about sales and start-ups, and someone that likes massages! (We think that's an easy requirement.)

This is a position perfect for recent college grads looking to learn and grow with the fastest growing start up in LA. 

Main job responsibilities:

  1. Sales: From 1st touch to contract, you will be in the sales process day in and day out. We will teach you how to sell, communication and listening skills, persuasion tactics, how to follow up and not get ghosted by the client, how to upsell, and everything you need to succeed. 
  2. Account Management: Once you’ve added a business to Soothe at Work, we expect you to maintain an amazing relationship with that business. Regular check-ins, upsell opportunities, and customer service are vital to the success of our accounts.
  3. Soothe at Work support: As a start-up, we all wear many hats. Our team is more of a family and we work together to ensure that every appointment goes off without a hitch. That means on busy days, we work together on all aspects of Soothe at Work, including support. 

You will be part of a fast-growing department and team here at Soothe, and while the above responsibilities are your core functions, your job may include other tasks and projects as needed.
