The Soothe Customer Experience Team is the face and voice of the company. We are the first touchpoint for our clients and massage therapists, and in many circumstances we have to solve complex problems quickly. We are looking to build a thriving team of full-time customer service representatives who will be answering the phones, responding to texts, online chat inquiries, and filling appointments. We are ideally seeking experienced call center professionals who enjoy speaking on the phone and making customers happy! We are currently in the process of opening a brand new facility in Vegas, and are looking to hire a team of highly motivated people who want to grow with our company!
Provide phenomenal support by handling inbound and outbound call volume, answering emails and text messages, and responding to online chat inquiries
